Returns & Exchange

To provide our customers with the best shopping experience, we offer a Product Return & Exchange Service. If you receive a product that you are not satisfied with or that has any quality issues, please contact KissMe USA Customer Service within 15 days of the purchase date. (Returns and exchanges will not be processed after this period.)

KissMe USA will NOT accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Requests made more than 15 days after the purchase date.
  • Items marked as "Last Chance," "Final Sale," "Sets," or "Bundles," as determined by KissMe USA, are not eligible for return.
  • Products/merchandise that have been fully or substantially used.
  • Items/merchandise that do not have prior authorization or an RMA#.

To receive a return and/or refund, please follow the procedure below:
1. Contact Customer Service: Provide your purchase details and the reason for your return/refund to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2. Review Process: Our customer service specialist will review your return/exchange request and notify you of approval or denial, along with the next steps.
3. Return Address: Please return your package to the following address:

4. Include All Products: Ensure that all products being returned (including any gifts or free merchandise provided with the purchase) are included.
5. Original Packaging: Include all the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
6. RMA Number: Write your Return Authorization (RMA) Number on the outside of the shipping box (NOT ON THE ITEM PACKAGE).



If the returned item(s) do not meet the Return Policy criteria (RMA # unused, and in new condition with all original packaging and accessories), no refund will be given. The customer will be given the option to have the returned item(s) shipped back to them at their own expense.
To ensure we receive your package, please keep a copy of the return tracking number for your reference.

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Once our specialists receive the item and approve the request, please allow 7-10 business days from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
