Please be aware that the pencil tip cannot be retracted once it's twisted out.

1. Twist out the pencil approximately 1.5mm.

2. Fill in the lash line and leave it until it's dry.

   Note: For precise application, it's often helpful to use a sharpener to create a fresh, pointed tip before applying the eyeliner.
