If you used your points to receive a discount on your order, those points will be returned to your account after the whole process of Return is completed. (Return process is completed when we receive returned items and refund you.)

If you earned points from the same purchase, the points you earned from the order will be deducted from your balance after the Return process is completed. e.g)

1. You redeemed 100 points ($1) for a $30 order, and you paid $29.
